Usually, large machines are lubricated with oil to improve their operation and the wear of their parts. They all have specified lubrication points. The lubrication part of a general automatic filling machine is divided into the following seven points:

1. Central tower

2. Transmission bearings

The drive shaft system of an automatic filling machine is generally composed of an intermediate drive shaft and supporting bearings, as well as a drive shaft with a sliding fork bearing, which drives the automatic filling machine to rotate.

3. Cover machine bearings

The capping machine bearing, which is the sealing part of the capping machine, is entirely cast from 304 stainless steel. A bearing is a component that supports an shaft. It can guide the rotation of the shaft and also bear the parts that rotate idly on the shaft. The bearings of the automatic filling machine can be divided into rolling bearings and sliding bearings. Generally speaking, the term "bearing" refers to rolling bearings.

4. High-pressure air pump

A high-pressure air pump refers to a vortex air pump that can be used for both blowing and suction in automatic filling machines. With its special blade design, the high-pressure air pump features high pressure, large air volume, low noise, and high temperature resistance. The generation of high pressure and high suction force lies in the unique design of the impeller. The impeller edge of the high-pressure air pump of the automatic filling machine is equipped with multiple blades. When the impeller rotates, due to the centrifugal force, the air between two blades is rapidly moved towards the outer edge, transmitting energy. The wind pressure is rapidly superimposed, thus forming high pressure or high force and its speed is increased. When the air is reintroduced into the impeller through the air duct, the automatic filling machine will be accelerated again.

5. Bottle support cylinder

The bottle support cylinder of the automatic filling machine is used to lift the filling container bottles and press them tightly against the filling components. This is a separately controlled component and can be replaced within a relatively short period of time if necessary. The bottle support cylinder of the automatic filling machine is of pneumatic mechanical action type. The bottle lifting action is achieved by compressed air, and the lowering action is realized by the CAM pressing down the roller of the bottle supporting cylinder. The bottle support cylinder is composed of a pad plate, guide rod, wear-resistant ring, bottle support seat, shaft, roller and discharge bolt, etc. The bottle support cylinder can also be lubricated both internally and externally.

6. Automatic fuel pump

The automatic oil filling pump of the automatic filling machine, under pressure, controls the reaction by generating inert nitrogen to convey the lubricating oil it contains. The working principle of the automatic oil filling pump is that the drive motor of the automatic filling machine is reduced by a cycloidal pinwheel, which then drives the CAM to rotate. The CAM mechanism converts the motor's rotation into the reciprocating motion of the plunger. The reciprocating motion of the plunger realizes the process of oil suction and pressure, thus enabling the oil to continuously flow out from the pump outlet. The automatic oil pump of the automatic filling machine can adjust the working pressure of the pump and is also equipped with a safety plate for protection.

7. Motor reducer

The motor reduction gearbox of the automatic filling machine is composed of an electric motor with a reduction mechanism added in front of its output shaft. The motor reducer can reduce the load of the automatic filling machine while decelerating. Reducers are generally used in transmission equipment with low speed and high torque. Ordinary reducers also have several pairs of gears with the same principle to achieve the ideal effect of slowing down the speed. The ratio of the number of teeth of the large and small gears is the transmission ratio.
